1. Purpose and scope of application
These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GC") will govern the contractual relations between Kurundu and its consumer clients, understood as natural persons acting with a purpose other than their commercial, business, trade or profession, or juridical persons or entities without legal personality that act non-profit in a field other than a commercial or business activity (hereinafter, the "Client"), derived from the sales of products (hereinafter, the "Product" or the "Products ") that Kurundu makes to the Client for the orders that he / she makes and that Kurundu accepts.
Orders for the sale of Products will therefore be governed by the GC; That will be completed, where appropriate, by the particular conditions that Kurundu and the Client may agree on.
The sale of products is only allowed to customers of legal age.
2. General
All sales of the Products made by the Seller are subject to these GC, unless otherwise stipulated. Other conditions or agreements that have not been expressly accepted in writing by the Seller will have no legal value or effect.
In the event that the competent Courts declare any provision of these GC null, this will not affect the rest of the provisions of these GC that will continue in force. In this case, the parties will negotiate and try to reach an agreement on the text of an alternative article, which replaces the repealed provision, and whose intentions and content are the most similar to the latter.

5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be added to the total amount of the selected products and duly broken down before placing the order.

6. Payment, delivery and execution procedures

Kurundu will send you the order without any undue delay and at the latest within 30 calendar days from the confirmation of payment of the order placed.
We advise you to verify that when you receive your package that everything is in accordance with your order and in perfect condition. 6.3 Availability

7. Right of withdrawal
7.1. Conditions of the right of withdrawal
The Client will have a period of 30 calendar days from the confirmation of payment of the order placed. In this case Kurundu will reimburse all payment received, excluding delivery costs and subtracting the return costs whose cost is equal to the shipping cost, without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which the package with the products returned and in correct condition.
The Client will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the same other than that necessary to establish their nature, their characteristics or their operation.
If the product you receive is or shows signs of being damaged during transport, we ask you to state this in the signature of the delivery note.
If you buy several products in the same order, you can make a partial return, that is, return only the product or products with which you are not satisfied.
The Customer must return or deliver to Kurundu, without any undue delay and, in any case, at the latest within 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicates his decision to withdraw on the product or products purchased.
Kurundu may withhold the reimbursement until the goods have been received, or until the Customer has submitted proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.
7.2. Exercise of the right of withdrawal
For this purpose, the Client must communicate the decision to exercise the right of dissent, through the e-mail atencioncliente@kurundu.es indicating their contact information and order number. In this case, Kurundu will notify you without delay and on a durable medium, the acknowledgment of receipt of said withdrawal.
We will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction.
You can request for free that Kurundu manage with a carrier the collection at your home of the purchase for its return. In the case of international shipping, the current transport cost will be applied for the delivery of the purchases.
7.3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
They may not be subject to the right of withdrawal:

- The supply of goods made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

- The supply of goods that after delivery and taking into account their nature have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
- The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the Customer after delivery.
- The supply of goods has been damaged by the Customer's handling after delivery..
7.4. Return instructions
The items to be returned must be packed in the same box to ensure that they arrive in good condition. Seal the package well.
The garments must be in perfect condition, with their corresponding label and with the purchase invoice / delivery note.
In the event that the box associated with the product does not arrive in the same condition as you received it, no refund will be made.
8. Guarantee of legal conformity
Kurundu as a seller, will respond to the Client, in the terms established in Real Decreto 1/2007, which approves el Texto Refundido de la Ley para la Defensa de Consumidores y Usuarios (the Consolidated Text of the Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users) of any lack of conformity that is manifested within the term of two years from the moment of delivery of the product.
