Where do we ship to?
We ship to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic islands) and continental Portugal, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and The Netherlands with Mondial Relay. We also ship worldwide using Correos España.

Please note: we do not ship to the Canary Islands or the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla using Mondial Relay.
When can I receive my order?
Delivery time is 1 to 5 business days for national territory and 10 to 15 business days in the rest of countries.
Can I change the delivery address?
You can change the address at any time before the package is shipped. It is possible to request the update by sending us an email through our contact page.
How do we ship?
We use Mondial Relay (Punto Pack™) company. We offer standard shipping where we ship to Punto Pack places (Determined shops close to your home).
We also offer Correos España to deliver more countries, although it might take longer.
Is shipping charged separately?
For Mondial Relay the costs are:

To Spain and Portugal. 7.18€ for packages up to 0.5kg, and 7.81€ for packages between 0.5kg and 1.0kg.

To France, Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg. 11.60€ for packages up to 0.5kg, and 12.05€ for packages between 0.5kg and 1.0kg.
For Correos España the costs are:
To Spain. 5.06€ for packages up to 0.5kg, and 7.91€ for packages between 0.5kg and 1.0kg.

To Europe, including Greenland but not Albania, Bosnia, Cyprus, Malta, Moldova and Rusia. 12.22€ for packages up to 0.5kg, and 19.97€ for packages between 0.5kg and 1.0kg.

Rest of countries. 16.64€ for packages up to 0.5kg, and 30.07€ for packages between 0.5kg and 1.0kg.


Import taxes may apply and will be determined by customs. We also do not cover or anticipate customs handling fees. If the selected carrier increases us their prices, we migth ask for this increase too to the user. If no carrier is avalaible or the user does not accept the extra costs, we will return all the import paid.

How to return the article?
Write an e-mail through our contact form with the subject "return in the package".
How many days do I have to return my order?
Unless damaged, you have 30 days to return items after receipt. If your package contains any damaged items, please inform our customer service team within 14 days of the date you received it. You will then have 14 more days to send them to us.
What happens if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
You can get in touch within 14 days of receipt via the contact form on our page. contact.
Can I return a used item?
No, we do not accept articles without the label or that have been washed. If we receive items in these conditions we will contact you by email to return them to you.
Do I have to pay the return?
No, you don't.
Can I change the size or model?
Yes, you can change the item purchased in size or model through the contact form on our website. In this case you need to return the item, and once we see the item is fine and not used, we will give you a code to buy again the item with a different size. Costs to return the initial size are free of charge.
How long does it take to return?
It will depend on the transport company but usually occurs between 10 and 15 days.
